Maxime THONNERIEUX, INITIAL’s new CEO
INITIAL enters 2025 under the banner of renewal with the arrival of Maxime THONNERIEUX as CEO. He has been appointed head of the Digital Manufacturing Business Unit, which brings together INITIAL and its German subsidiary CREABIS, as well as Podo 3D SAS, to continue driving forward the industrial expertise and technological innovation of our teams.
A career dedicated to industry and innovation
Trained as a mechanical engineer, Maxime THONNERIEUX holds a Master’s degree in management from Portsmouth University (UK), and has built his career on a variety of experiences, between technology and strategy. Beginning his career at Cetim (Centre technique des industries mécaniques), he took part in numerous projects aimed at supporting reindustrialization in France and Europe.
His career was enriched by assignments in research and development, international trade and strategic support for manufacturers, notably with the Nord-Lock group and the Syndicat national du décolletage. More recently, he was General Manager of the ACI Group’s Products Business Unit, managing large-scale industrial activities at 30 sites in France and Portugal.
